  This is, most likely, not the size you are looking for, unless you're: an experienced pumper, John Holmes reborn, or you intend on pumping scrotum and penis at once. Even without directions and a cylinder that is too large, you can still achieve positive results with this device. Just don't buy too one that is too large if you're hoping to help your ED.

  Ladies, if you're squeamish about trying new things, vacuum pumping might take a bit of getting used to. But if you're the type of lady who will honestly try anything, do not pass this opportunity up. And guys--since this toy was built for you, it's definitely a winning choice for the entire package!

  This is a high quality product. The only issue for the biginner is... since the diamter is large, 2.75", you will need to, initially, reduce the diameter, using one of the silicone reduction rings, which attach to the end of the cylinder. Otherwise... enjoy!

  Top Quality! Initially I was confused becasue the top cylinder fitting has a built in check valve, which will automatically close, so you can remove the pump with tube, without releasing the vacuum from the Cylinder. This is a great feature, but can be confusing at first since there is no mention of this feature.

  i have been using pumps for years.from my own exerience,these do not make your penis larger than your natual size.this is great exercize to keep your penis in shape.this cyiinder is the perfect length.
