Using one clamp at a time without any pressure from the small ring, which controls the pinching motion, I teasingly grabbed each nipple, applying just enough pressure, and then quickly releasing. Once I could bare it no longer, my thumb and pointer finger slid the ring up the metal arms setting the clamps in place with just there right amount of pressure.

wast of money. the metal on thease are so thin that they bend when you make them tight. As they bend they fall off. the ring you use to make them tight pinches your skin when you move it
