The silicone holder/handle is noticeable on insertion, but appreciated on retrieval. And, if you can't use them right yet, you can always do those hand/ball rotatey exercise with them.

I can't recommend my new balls enough. If you want to bang around with this glass marbles, you have to warm up first. Best use: With a name like "Adammale" and the chiseled guy in the package kinda clues the user into their use: Anal balls. Sure, you can try to use them in your vagina (if you have one), but that's totally up to you.
As dwtim said in his review (and video review), these are pretty large balls and you gotta work up to them. It actually took 2 other toys to work me up to these rocks. To give a size comparison, go to your bathtub drain. These glass balls are just a little smaller than the drain there (still under 2" I believe).
Since there's a silicone "scrote on a string" that holds these balls, you should really use water based lube. You could use oil based lube, but I've never used it and really have no desire to.
I do offer a precaution though, when you're using this, do NOT let go of the hoop at the end. When playing in the backdoor, you can build up a lot of suction. If you aren't careful these could get sucked in. An idea would be to tie a shoelace through the hole or put something long in it so it doesn't get sucked in.

Ah, glass. I love two toy materials: Glass and Silicone. This toy is both!
The holders for the balls is raised a little too much for my liking, but it keeps them from getting out. I appreciate that. Nothing is more inconvenient than digging balls out of your ass. Don't ask.- Material:

As you can see, these are not small dangly balls. These are for the anal players who know how to prepare themselves for large-ish toys.
The idea of anal balls is great for people who have experienced dildos, vibes, and plugs but are looking for something more. This set is designed for people who like to have the filling feeling and the enveloping feeling too.
And realistic...Wow! These are the most realistic glass balls I've seen! The attention to detail to the spherical nature is amazing!

Performance:
It took a little bit of time to work up to these balls, but it was well worth it. I got bored of dildos and plugs and wanted to try something different. There was the large toy feel with these and the "completion" feeling of taking in both balls.
But seriously, keep a grip on that eyelet. There is NOTHING stopping it from going in too.- Special Features:

Care and Maintenance:
To clean: wash with soap/water, boil, dish wash top rack (no soap), set it on fire (don't), bleach solution.
After washing, you can hang the empty holder (you took the balls out first, right?) and set the balls on a clean towel to dry.
Lube: Water or Oil based lubes. You can use silicone lube, but spot test it first to make sure you don't damage the holder. I used these in the bath, so I had to use water based lube. Silicone lube scares me in the bathtub.- Care and cleaning:
