I have had various butt toys for about 17 years now. This is probably the best, or maybe close 2nd. It's not quite number 1 because of 2 things: 1) obviously its big so it takes just a little time to relax and take it in your anus. 2) the only complaint I have: the ribs on it, while very nice I'm sure for vaginal play, are not appropriate for the anal region. They arent painful, but they are bumpy, and therefore make it slightly uncomfortable to slide in and out---mostly annoying not really uncomfortable.
