I had one of these a decade ago, but hadn't seen one since. It has two downsides: First, it's not firm and can be hard to handle and insert, especially if you have lube on your hands. Second, it's not going to last a long time if you play rough; the material can break down and even end up ripping (but it's definitely not dangerous if it does).
That said, its softness and flexibility can add to the comfort. It can be tough to get in (I like that, some people don't) but the big head makes it less likely to slip out completely when pumping with the base. I found it comfortable enough to sometimes strap in and wear overnight or when going for a walk.
I give this a 4/5 only because the smell is so strong--its new plastic smell but to the extreme. Perhaps one would get used to it after awhile, but I keep mine in a sealed bag after use so the smell of plastic is confined. I agree with previous comment about the taste too; it too stays in your mouth. Condom definitly helps penetration but I wish they could have done something about the taste and smell.

I have the thicker version of this and haven't been able to use it. It smells beyond awful and no amount of washing will make it any better. Also I have a habit of putting things in my mouth before they go anywhere else, and for some reason this toy made my lips and tongue burn and tingle in a horrible way, plus it tasted very bitter and chemical. Continued washing hasn't lessened the taste or the reaction. Needless to say I haven't tried this in my ass and doubt I will without a condom. I've never had a problem with rubber toys before. Very strange.

nice toy. loved it once we got used to playing with it. the head is kind of blunt and we found that a little preparation before using during anal play made the initial insertion much easier.
Only one thing wrong. The shaft does not reduce abruptly enough to keep the toy from slipping out. Needs to be redesigned at the base so the anal sphincter can close around the shaft and hold it in.
