Well they work as a barrier method to prevent pregnancy/stds, but the ribbing does nothing for me. I think you probably have to be pretty sensitive to benefit.

This is a great product. Compared to thin condoms this is a must! It just gives more feeling. Other than the fact that they are durable and comfortable they have a foul odor. They leave this odor on your genitals, so any oral sex is out of the question.
