In regards to your question about magic wand attachments---Depends on your preference of use and tolerance to texture. Gee Whizzard is used for internal stimulation. Pleasure Dome is used for outer stimulation. Pleasure Dome has loads of texture while Gee Whizzard does not. If you desire inner stimulation with not much texture, choose the Gee Whizzard.
