Hello everyone! Thanks a lot to those new followers for their attention
I've been rather inactive lately. I got a job and I still have evening classes to attend and studying to do. But one of the main reasons I'm not rushing here on forums every night like before is that EF is not a sex shop I can trust. Not anymore.
A few months ago I thought I should give one luxury toy a try. The one I got in the mail had a manufacturing defect. That's okay, it happens, right? The problem is, it's been a month since it arrived back to EF and I still can't get a refund. Customer Support proceeds to either feed me with promises or ignore my questions. No one ever explained me if something is wrong or why I can't get my money back. It's probably worth mentioning I got that toy with gift cards, not "real money"... well, that's why I waited for so long. If it were my salary I was spending, I would be much more angry. And nevertheless, I earned those gift cards, too, for God's sake! By writing reviews, winning Rumbles, editing and more. Why can't I get a good stress-free shopping experience after all?
So I'm not sure when I'm coming back or if I'm coming back. I'm still mentoring one student. And I still have some reviews to publish. But when it's done - it's done.
