The Gold Laced G is made of Pyrex glass and has no smell or taste. It has no seams and the tip and base are smooth to the touch. The gold raised lattice design wraps the shaft and has a ribbed feel when running your hand up and down. This design makes this toy seem larger in diameter than it actually is.

This glass dildo is great for temperature play. It can be warmed by running it under hot water or chilled in the refrigerator. Care should be taken that the toy is not too hot or too cold before use. The glass retains the temperature well.

This is a beautiful piece. At 6 1/4" long and 5 3/4" insertable, the Gold Laced G has a pleasing length. Its 1” diameter feels larger due to the external lattice, but not so large to be uncomfortable.

The gold lattice adds a nice, subtle color to the otherwise clear piece. This toy is slightly curved, but may not be curved enough for g-spot stimulation for most users. The base of this toy is 2 1/4" long by 1 1/2" wide and is set off center from the shaft. The base adds to the semi-realistic look, but its placement makes the Gold Laced G unsuitable for use in a harness.

The Gold Laced G works well for solo play and the size and shape of the base makes it easy to hold. Used vaginally, the curvature of the tip is slight, and while it’s firm it may not hit your g-spot as well as toys with stronger curves. The texture is very stimulating and pleasant, however, and makes this toy feel like it’s filling you up.

Anally, the ribs are quite pronounced and the toy should be inserted slowly since it has no give. The rounded tip aids in insertion.

The Gold Laced G is made of Pyrex glass. It is nonporous, hypoallergenic, and phthalates free. This dildo is shatter resistant, but it should always be checked for any cracks or chipping before use. It should be cleaned before and after use with soap and warm water or your favorite toy cleaner and wiped or patted dry. It can also be boiled, bleached, or run through the dishwasher on the top rack. Oil, water-based, or silicone lubricants are all safe to use, and just a little bit will make this dildo delightfully slick.

This dildo can be stored inside the protective bag that it comes with. The purple drawstring bag is lightly padded. The exterior is made of faux suede, while the interior is lined with pink satin. The bag is 5” wide and 11” long, and will protect the Gold Laced G when it’s not in use.

The Gold Laced G is truly a beautiful piece. I love the way the lattices wrap around the shaft and give it an elegant look. I also like how the base allows me to stand it up on a flat surface.

I first tried this toy vaginally. While I normally prefer toys a bit thicker, the Gold Laced G feels thicker than 1” with the lattice texture. I found when thrusting that the lattices felt like ribs running up and down the shaft. They were not overwhelming and felt pleasant. The shaft has a curve which I thought would stimulate my g-spot, but the curve was too mild at the head to work well for me.

Anally, this toy felt a lot larger than 1”. Most of the anal toys I use are smooth, so the texture was quite an interesting sensation. While the base is off-center, I didn’t have any worry that it would slip in since it’s inflexible. My husband found the base easy to hold on to, as did I.

When heated or chilled, the Gold Laced G held the temperature for a good amount of time.

I enjoyed using the Gold Laced G both ways, although this will be more of a vaginal toy for me.
