This double dong is not at all discreet. At a foot and a half long and 2.5" wide, it is 1/4" wider than the Dick Rambone cock. This toy is for the most experienced users. Answering MeliPixie, I consider myself a fairly new user anally and I was able to handle this np. I believe one of the forum discussions speaks of an L shape for insertion. I found that to be very usefull, other then that use lots of lube and try warm up toys.
