Summary:
This toy is a very attractive concept, it offers the fun idea of DP with just one partner providing that partner is small enough to wear the toy. If it does not fit, it isn't a total waste because you can strap it onto a dildo and go at it.
Best use: The suggested use of the Accommodator Dual Penetrator is to make dual penetration possible for a couple without the hassle of having a third person involved, or having to hold and manipulate a separate toy. However it may not be a comfortable fit or even safe to use for all men, but I will get more into that later on.
There are alternate uses for this toy. It can easily be used on a dildo with balls for solo or couple's play. I could also see it being good to use by itself as a beginner's anal dildo. Though the base of it is not very big around, the rings on the base of it would not allow it to be sucked up into, or lost inside of the nether regions.

- The toy has no smell or taste to speak of. Even upon opening the package for the first time I noticed no odor. It is very rubbery and smooth to the touch, running a finger across its surface feels about the same as touching the sidewall of a tire. It's pretty smooth. The head and veins are not very pronounced and I'm sure lube would probably just run right off of it. It is flexible to bend in half, however I can't squish it between my fingers very much at all. It has a visibly noticeable seam going from the base of the shaft up to the head, and then down the other side of the shaft, but the seam is not noticeable to the touch.
The rings are made of the same material as the toy (TPR). They seem to be fairly stretchy, but they aren't 'comfortably' stretchy, if that makes sense. They stretch quite a bit, but then they do everything they can to retract to their original size... including squishing your man bits.
I would say that the material would be suitable for either beginners or more advanced users.

- It is a smaller dildo (5 1/4" insertable length and 3 1/4" circumference) with two rings on the base. One smaller ring to fit around the base of the shaft of the hosting penis and another larger ring on the other side of the base to fit around the ball sack. It is the same basic shape and has the look of a real cock but the head is slightly more pointed, which I would say is for easier anal penetration.
The size is suitable for those that are new to anal play, but would also probably be pleasurable for advanced users.
This toy is not discreet in any way.

Performance
- –TylerDurden's opinion
- I have to admit, I didn't even get a chance to try this toy the way it should be used. I was really excited to use it, because the only other way we had experienced DP was with her Liberator Bon Bon with a dildo in the toy pocket. I was kind of excited to be able to use different positions and not have the pillow in the way.
I was rather let down though... in more ways than one. I attempted to 'install' the second appendage when I was fully erect. I stretched out the ring that goes around my cock as far as I could stretch it, slid it all the way to the base, and attempted to not snap myself as I let go of the ring. Instantly, it was so tight that it cut off almost all circulation. To be clear, the circumference of the base of my shaft is 5 inches, if that gives you any idea how tight this thing is. I'm just really not sure how small you would have to be in order for this thing to fit comfortably. Now at half-mast, I attempted to get my balls through the other ring. It didn't work, and it hurt like hell. They wouldn't even fit. So, with it only around my shaft, and a failed attempt at getting it around my balls, I attempted to see if I pulled the ring down, how it would even look if I had it on right. The resulting image was my semi-soft cock, and a smaller, undefined penis that kind of twisted to the side due to the pressure from the two rings contorting it.
I keep my hair pretty well trimmed, and it still pulled every hair it touched.
And I'll just say that the removal hurt twice as bad as the installation.

Care and Maintenance
- Care and cleaning:
-
Soap and water
- –TylerDurden's opinion
- The Accommodator is made from TPR, a flexible, porous material that is suitable for water- and silicone-based lubes. However, due to it being porous, it is recommended that it not be shared between users, or that a condom or toy-cover be used to protect it.
TPR cannot be disinfected with boiling water, but can be washed with toy cleaner or water and a mild soap.
It is a lint-collector, so I recommend storing it in a plastic bag, or somewhere where it won't collect dust and hair.

Packaging
- –TylerDurden's opinion
- It came in a box that is mostly orange, and had a picture of the toy on the front. There were no instructions or anything like that. Inside, the toy was wrapped in plastic that you had to tear open to get to the toy. Although it takes up a lot of extra space, you could save the box for storage, if you wanted.

Personal comments
- –TylerDurden's opinion
- As I was writing this review, and thinking about what I wanted to say, I was playing with the toy in my hands. I was stretching out the loop that is supposed to go around the sack, and it busted... with ease. So even if you were alright with the pain, free wax job, and having your cock strangled (hence, the strangulator....), I don't think the toy would last very long anyways. I had only attempted to put it on once, and then played around with it a little bit while writing this review, and it busted. So, for the purpose it is supposed to serve, it's not a very good toy. Regardless, what's left is a small, phallic object that can be used for penetration. Just not double penetration.
See Accommodator dual penetrator image.

The Accommodator Dual Penetrator has a lot of potential to work for thinner cock, but for a thicker guy like my boyfriend it is completely unsafe. It made him start to turn purple within about 15 seconds! If it does fit you, it can be used in various positions. If it doesn't it can be used on a dildo with balls!

Using this device for DP might be difficult, but the fact that you could use it as a standalone for anal play is pretty neat. Then again, it can't be totally cleaned so it might not be the best toy for such use unless you were to always use condoms with it. Just a warning, it's intended use will end in an awkward game of Twister.

This innovative toy has the makings for a really fun addition to your collection, a great idea that could use a little fine tuning in the design to make a really awesome toy. When used with my dildo, it was a key factor in bringing me to orgasm and works great when used by itself for anal play. Overall a great idea; it just needs a little work on the design.
