A major trait of Sil-a-Gel is the latex and cadmium free design. Cadmium is a metal known to cause cancer and used as a stabilizer in most PVC made products.

Though it is relatively safe, Sil-a-Gel has the tendency to attract dust and small debris, therefore we recommended that these toys be protected with condoms and cleaned before and after each use with warm water and mild soap.
