Both collar and cuffs are a sturdy 2 ¼" wide and feature locking buckles and a dee ring, as well as three individual locks and keys; keys fit all locks in the set.

Joining the collar and cuffs is a single chain, attached to the dee rings via split ring connectors; the connecting chain can be removed if desired. A great kit for those who have moved past the beginner sets and want something a little more serious.
