I purchased this and it lasted me about 4 years. Of course, I did not use it extensively, but when I started to, it did break down. It get's a natural suction with lubrication and the skin-like texture feels nice. For an American product, it is average. It does not come close to comparing to any of the Japanese equivalents that tend to be of much higher quality and more ingenuitive, but it served it's purpose. I had to throw it away when the face came off the shaft and then the shaft developed holes. I am a "gentle" masturbator though, so if you use it well, it will probably not last you long at all.
