It does get the job done fairly decently. Just make sure to use some type of lubrication. The only real down side is that the throat is short. I'm 6 inches and I popped out the back very easily. Other than that is a good toy...

Make sure you use lubrication with this. I made that mistake, and tore the front opening a little bit. You'll be able to tell you're not doing something right, because it'll be real hard to get in also. It does the job fairly well, I just wish the throat was longer...
