Material / Texture:

The Mouth Full is made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR), a squishy material that is firmer than Softskin and UR3, but softer than silicone. Fresh out of the box, the material has a somewhat plastic-like odor, but it is not especially offensive, and is not strong enough to smell from a distance. The material is sticky to a degree, and will pick up hair, lint, etc. Handling the material leaves a light residue on one's hands, but it washes off easily with soap and water.

While not exactly skin-like, the material lubes up well and the textured interior is stimulating. Though the outside of the stroker is not textured, the stroker is sticky enough that maintaining a grip isn't a problem unless your hands are covered in lube.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit:

Aside from the pleasant visual aspect of the mouth-like opening, it also serves to help guide one's cock into the stroker. One can use it one-handed without having to use another hand to get into the opening. Additionally, the surface surrounding the opening is large enough to provide a sensation of contact along one's shaft during use. Once inside the stroker, two features are noticeable: the interior of the toy is fairly tight, and the beads along the sides definitely add sensation. Even though the interior is small in diameter, the material should be stretchy enough to accommodate most users. Larger users, however, may have less comfort due to the beads. The good news, however, is that the beads are removable if they prove to be uncomfortable.

While no one would likely consider this toy discreet, its smaller overall size makes it better for travel. This could travel with some degree of discretion if stuffed in a sock or wrapped in clothing.

The Mouth Full is fairly easy to care for, since it is open on both ends. Water-based lubes are recommended. After finishing with the stroker, cleanup is straightforward. Thoroughly rinse out any fluids with warm water, using soap if you desire. Inserting a finger can help scrub out anything that's stubborn. After rinsing thoroughly, shake out the excess water and leave out until the inside is completely dry. The Mouth Full may take a while to dry, since the chambers making up the interior texture tend to trap water. A slight complication to cleanup is the fact that the beads were inserted into the sleeve through channels alongside the main opening. During use, some lube may get into these channels. In order to really get them cleaned and dried you will have to remove the beads, which can be a hassle.

Packaging:

Because the Mouth Full comes as a box set that includes a DVD, the dimensions of the box are somewhat larger than the stroker itself. This makes it impractical for storage of the toy. However, the packaging is paperboard, so it should be recyclable. The box is in no manner discreet, so leaving it out is probably not advisable for most.

Personal comments:

The production value of the DVD was surprisingly high for a freebie. While it's not indexed by actor or type of scene, most viewers should be able to find something they like.

The included packet of "Jack-Aide" is a glycerin-based lube that is formulated to feel like silicone lube. Indeed, it's somewhat runny and leaves one's skin greasy-feeling after use. I'd recommend using your preferred lube instead: skip this one.

Though I'm of average length, the Mouth Full is slightly shorter. Users who like to fully penetrate their strokers will likely pop out of the back end; stroking may have to be kept shallow to avoid this.

As with most masturbation sleeves, there's an audible noise when using the Mouth Full. The slurping noise isn't anything out of the ordinary compared to similar products, but is generally louder than using your hand. I've found Fleshlights to be the quietest in my experience.
