My 4th, the other sleeves tore after a couple months. Had this one for 3 months, no sign of tearing, even inside out. But like all the others, the ribs dont do anything for me, in fact, I despise the ribs, and whoever says they make it "feel real". Had to turn it inside out(like all of them so far), but an easy fix.

I've owned two of these in the past year. If you are a guy with width, the sensation of the ribbed center is incredible! No such a "Jello-ie" material wihich is great. A little firmer than some of the others. Would highly recommend this, but if you plan on using it awhile, better buy two.
