  First, the inside is not ribbed. The smooth sides offer little stimulation and allow all the lube to be squeegeed out very quickly. Screwing this thing is awkward, not very pleasurable, and uses tons of lube which must be applied constantly. Second, the opening is sealed and you need to poke a whole in it to use the toy.
