I am very small chested and I have never had a man make me feel any less of a woman because of them. It's been the reverse. They're pleased to find out they don't have to perform acrobatics just to kiss me.
As EC36 stated, it's even more sad when a woman with gorgeous natural breasts has surgery. I can't imagine what it would be like to try to hold out from the pressure of the industry.
I have held a similar opinion as yours. I often wondered why a woman with low self esteem about her chest ( not due to disfiguring, breast cancer, different sizes ect.) would then want to basically advertise that low self esteem by getting implants.
However, I do think that plenty of women who are cofident with their chest get implants anyways. Many adult film stars or other "adult" workers do this to increase their sales etc. Sad, but true. I applaud the ones who don't conform this way.
I would say that it's hit and miss for me. I can be totally grossed out by them or turned on. It's not about size to me, it's how good/seamless they look. If they look like they are going to pop or filled with grapes and lumpy, I just want to look away. If they are not over done, they can look really nice.
Implants don't HAVE to look obvious. The less obvious, the better.
