there's all sorts of silly and frankly quite arrogant assumptions being made on this thread... just because a woman decides to get a boob job (or any other type of cosmetic surgery) does not mean she has self esteem issues; it just means that she wants cosmetic surgery.
As a small breasted woman, I would love to have a boob job because I'm in love with fake tits. I don't think they're "scary", it's something that can be done to make you feel more comfortable with yourself. If I don't want to settle for small/ saggy/ etc. tits, then it's awesome that I know there's a solution for it.
Also, I'm having a hard time believing that so many forum users dislike fake breasts. Since porn obviously sells well here, you guys must be enjoying something physical. I'm not going to assume that everyone loves skinny girls with fake boobs, but it's probably more individuals than what's noted.
