They look bad, and it's always very obvious when the woman makes a suddenly movement and her breasts don't move at all. I think small, natural breasts look better (and reflect more confidence in the woman) than large, fake ones.

If I can tell they look fake I'm turned off by it. Especially hate it when you will see the older women laying down and when you look under them the skin will get all bunched up and wrinkly. Maybe that's my fault for watching the boobs move instead of watching the real action though. Also the really huge huge ones I won't watch, they just look painful to me.
