Most in the adult industry either shave or wax. Some go so far as laser hair removal. Some have tricked out routines that involve multiple types of razors to keep it smooth without irritation.

Type of genitalia is also important. I don't think guys want someone to wax their balls. Given how loose the skin typically is, I would imagine it's rather painful.

Based on the HD & Blu-Ray porn I've seen, I think the majority shave.

Laser of course is the most thorough, followed by epilating and then waxing. I doubt many porn stars shave it doesn't last very long and here is terrible stubble.
