In my life, I prefer real. However, I will say that fake boobs in clothing can sometimes look great, as long as it's not overdone. As I say and try to live, everything in moderation.

By then I'll have had children if I'm going to and since they're already so large, gravity is definitely going to take its toll. I think I'll just feel more confident knowing they're not entirely floor-bound.

I usually don't care, but I saw a clip yesterday where the sides of her obviously-fake breasts had creasy wrinkles in them...making it look like the implants themselves were slightly deflated. I had to change the vid because it was so gross and distracting.

Breasts are definitely a big turn on for me so I will certainly spend some time focusing on them while watching porn. I typically like medium to large-ish breasts (real or enhanced) but if the implants are humongous or they look like balloons sitting on top of your rib cage it is a huge turn off.

I definitely prefer natural to fake. But, if the implants are well done and you can't tell that they are fake, I don't mind at all. It's the ones that look like balloons or have bad scars that are a turn off to me.

Looks like the overwhelming majority of you have come to the conclusion that:
1. A quality good-looking natural breast wins first, regardless of size IS preferred.
2. Well-done, nice-looking implants are acceptable. (despite the face they're as rare as some gemstones)
3. Over-inflated/balloone d or badly scarred implants that don't look good or move naturally just don't do it.

I don't mind fake boobs if they are well done and look good on the women i.e. proportional. However someone it just look unnatural out of portion which is a turn off.
