Recommend a porn for couples that is not "hardcore" scary.

Can anyone give me some advice on a good pornographic movie for couples (man and woman)? She doesn't really like hardcore, but said she'd like to see a more sensual/romantic pornographic movie. If it is not "cheesy" that would be a plus too.

I have not watched them yet, but I have heard good things about Comstock dvd's fitting your description. I am going to watch some with my wife in the future, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Candida Royalle for sure. She makes most of the softcore women's pornography. The stuff is a bit old, but it is very softcore and very sensual instead of hardcore. It's what's usually recommended for women's romantic porn.

^EF does carry some.

I looked through some of these. They look like a start. Any others?

Based on our experience, you might want to try some of Vivid's "Expert Guides", such as the Expert Guide to Cunnilingus
link
It has some "softer" scenes, while possibly picking-up some new pointers. There are others available, so see what floats your boat.

You may also want to consider the Island Fever (1-4) series.

While "hardcore", they feature many slow-mo sex scenes, and feature halfway decent music and gorgeous scenery.

If you have any questions on this, drop us a note.

I second Comstock -- he shows real people in interviews interspersed with cuts of them making love (that's what it seems to be), then at the end, the entire session without the cuts. The director has films for various orientations and ages.

For softcore, maybe the old classic Emmanuel. It's a film-film, a bit slow, but some of it is pretty racy. Radley Metzger films, along the same lines -- softcore with a late 60s early 70s art-house vibe. I remember liking The Lickerish Quartet.

I didn't care for it because of atrocious acting and women with fakies, but Pirates, I believe, comes in an R-rated version. (Evan Stone is a hoot in it, though).
