I love mine, but they look very natural. The ones in porn are usually so round and hard looking they look completely stupid.

I too don't particularly care for them. In the hustler movie that I reviewed, aphrodesia the women all had their own natural boobs!

I agree PeachCandy. The skill of the surgeon is rather important. As is providing guidance for the woman in choosing the right size to fit her body.
