I actually do enjoy having a Dominant parter dress me in cute frilly baby clothes and diapers and give me a bottle or just take care of me. Sometimes the play is sexual, sometimes it's just about being taken care of. I am into this, yes, and I did practice at one point with my ex. She was an AB, and sometimes a DL. More so, she was a "little." That aside, it's not really a sexual fetish for most individuals, it's just them being in a regressive state.
