Back when I was fairly regularly into the BDSM scene, one of my favorite activities was actually having sessions where I was in charge to two subs. The fun of this was largely getting to script sexual acts for others to take part in, and often I even took part in the sessions fully dressed.

Anyone else enjoy group sessions where there is more than one sub but only one Dom?

I haven't done this, but I like the idea, since I prefer watching a lot of the time. I also have a recurring fantasy about bringing multiple bottoms/subs on leashes to a BDSM-type party...

As a sub, I'm kind of torn on this. I think I'd enjoy it, though. I've found I do like having two doms fight over me, though.

I really enjoy the "staircase" type of model, where there is one Dominant, one who subs to that Dominant but Dom/Dommes to the other sub, and one who subs to both."

This was one of my past relationships, and I really enjoyed it.

I love group sessions! I am in a triad, and while one of my partners leans domme and the other leans sub, we all switch at least some of the time. It is wonderful to be one of a pair of subs, a dom with two subs, or a sub at the mercy of my two dommes. <3

My partner and I are VERY strict about monogamy, and we do not ever physically play with anyone else. However, when we do scenes at events we sometimes encourage verbal participation from our audience (and we certainly do love having an audience as we are hardcore exhibitionists).
