I'm a switch, in that I can be very aggressive or crave lots of aggression in the bedroom. My partner, however, is really into the slow snuggly "making love" style of things. That can be nice, but I only like it 30% of the time or less. It can be very hard to motivate him to be dominant AND to get him to enjoy being submissive.

We are the same way! That's how we were when we first started out, but slowly I began exploring more things with him and now he's much more open with being aggressive! Just start off slow with him with some smaller things, and then lead up to it. Mine felt weird with any type of aggression towards me but starting slow and leading up to bigger things he is now comfortable with it and knows it makes me happy and pleases me so he's ok with it now- thank god!
