Well, what sort of start are you wanting to get? Are you interested in adding some restraint into your sex life, or a few lighter bdsm elements to play? Or are you wanting to get into the lifestyle full-time?

SM 101 by Jay Wiseman (couldn't find it on EF unfortunately) is a great book if you're looking for an overview with a lot of information in it.

Restraints, definitely. We are interested in more that just the lighter elements, with the possibility of it becoming full-time.
