Have you ever hurt yourself during BDSM play and how?

I chipped a tooth once. We were doing impact play, and I didn't have a gag of any sort in. Master likes me to be silent during beatings, and I didn't even realize I was gritting my teeth, until later that night when my tooth hurt and I noticed that a small chip was missing. Oops! Luckily (or, unluckily, depending on how you look at it) I practically live at the dentist's office, so it wasn't a huge deal.

I'm pretty lucky overall. I am clumsy and tend to get hurt a lot, but it isn't usually during our play time. It's usually doing something stupid, like tripping or kicking a chair.

Nothing worse than muscle cramps and some nasty bruises, well that is accidental ones

Yep, generally from falling on top of things after being hit, although I've also accidentally rolled off of beds. I've fallen on desks, printers, tables, chairs, you name it! The bruises usually aren't anything worse than what I get from intentional stuff, though.

I'm pretty clumsy, myself. I didn't really.. "hurt myself" on accident from BDSM play though.

My Master recently threw me onto the bed, already tied up... but my labret bar slammed into my teeth. Luckily no damage, but the mood was killed - he was lovely and caring (as always) and quickly got me out of the ropes and gave me cuddles.

I get lots of bruises and welts and such. However, I did fall off the bed once and ended up with a concussion. Hospital trip, DR questioning the welts across my thighs. Interesting night.

I caused some minor rope burns, but nothing that didn't fade after a day or two.

I have had rope burns welt on my ass and a bruise from a collar that's about it.

I caught my on of my floggers on one of my ear piercings. I didn't tear it out but I did make myself bleed some. It didn't bother me all that much. I went right on with my scene and my bottom was none the wiser that I had hit myself.

I accidentally stuck myself with a needle in my hand during a play piercing scene. It went *deep* and bled a lot. Luckily, it was with someone I was fluid bonded with, but it was not a fun moment.
