How hard do you play?

For a good while I thought I was a lighter bottom, especially since I play with and around those far more experienced than myself. Recently though, I have learned that not to be the case. I was approached to be a demo bottom in the opening show of a larger event for a well respected and very heavy player in the community. After discussing with him that I felt his confidence in my threshold may be misplaced we negotiated the scene in such a manner that it would appear as heavy as he wanted while he gradually increased the intensity without crossing my threshold. After the scene and aftercare was completed he informed me that he was giving me every thing he had with his giant bull hide mop and took me to another player that is a medical professional to have my back looked at. I actually had a bruised rib on my backside... endorphins are fun, and I now know that I can take more than I should.. at least on any regular basis

In summary, bruises and scratch marks are fine, outside of entry and exit points for needles I'm not ok with permanent marks.

One time, we were pretty heavy hitters. Lol, we had an argument followed by some very angry sex.

It entirely depends on my partner and our dynamic. I find that with some it is all mental with almost no physical play, with others it is shibari and sexual torment, and with some our last question is "what sort of clothing are you wearing at this time of year" so they know where they can leave the cuts and bruises that will last for weeks.

Trying to do a kind of play that doesn't fit our dynamic turns me off, even if with another partner it would be sexy as anything.

Pain is needed in intimancy, but no need to be sooo pain or soo hard. A patner may feels a pain in gentle way (Waxxing)..

I would you say that we are more like moderate to hard play. Nothing that is going to draw blood or cause bodily harm. I do have a few bruises on my tush.

I've been abused my males in the past and my partner wouldn't ever do that to me! I like it rough sometimes, but there's a serious line between rough and beating the hell out of someone and I don't see how beating someone could ever involve love of any sort. Spanking, etc is fine, but when you actually hurt someone or cause them wounds/bleeding I think that's taking it way, way WAY too far!
