I introduced my partner. I had a hunch he'd really enjoy it once he got comfortable with it (spoiler: he totally did!), but it was a little difficult to get him into it. I started by offering some suggestions of things he might like, and he chose what he felt most comfortable doing, slowly edging into it. For example, I thought it might be fun to try choking, so at first he would just hold my neck gently while we kissed, and over the course of a few weeks he would hold tighter and tighter until I was actually being choked. We took this route for pretty much all our BDSM activities and it's worked out really well!

i am lucky! we were both already in the lifestyle, however we were both Dominants... but i fell madly in love with him and i'm learning the submissive side of things, slowly hehe luckily he likes that i'm still Dominate to the rest of the world ....
