It depends. Lately I've been feeling totally vanilla. For some reason, kinky sex has just been making my hackles go up and I get prickly and defensive instead of relaxing into submission. I'd rather just be loved all sensually and nice right now, I'm not completely sure what it's about. In the past, when I've been in the mood, I'd say it was about 50/50 for kinky/vanilla sex.

With my man I am with now it is never kinky unless I convince him otherwise, its always pretty much straight sometimes he likes to get me doggy style. I'm not sure what you mean by "kinky." We use what some would consider Classic BDSM tactics (handcuffs, restraint, nipple clamps, leather goods etc) some of the time.

But, we have anal sex or anal play nearly every time we have sex. So, if anal play or anal sex is included in "kinky" (and I didn't consider it as such) then it's more like 95% of the time.

If you include moderate spanking or rough nipple play as "kinky" then... I guess we're closer to kink nearly all the time.

My thoughts almost exactly!!! I rarely have sex w/o a butt plug in place which I just consider normal for me.

I also know time restraints keep us from more BDSM play.

I think we'll have to agree to disagree. People can play with BDSM without distinct "power dynamics" at all. As for anal sex, I think there is little more Dominant than fucking someone up the ass, and little more submissive than taking it.
