I love my Master telling me what to do and me having to obey or deal with the punishment.
At this stage I can't say I have ever been humiliated and I doubt he ever will do that. Then again for me to be humiliated Master would have to do or make me do something that I really didn't want to. Otherwise it's simply pleasurable for me.

I'd look around Sub Guide]. You may have to do some digging but there's good info there from anything for beginners to more advanced play.
There is very little out there because it is so personal. What works for each couple, and each sub vary so much that it's impossible to just make a list. What some would consider humiliation and/or punishment others may find arousing. For me, humiliation would be purely punishment if it it's my owner that I was to feel the humiliation from. Random people wouldn't do it so wearing a leash in public I'd find fun, but being degraded verbally by him would crumble me in a way a punishment intends. But, that's rare. More often than not he takes away himself... no contact whether it's verbal or physical.. that's the hardest on me. Anything else I don't tend to take seriously.
Essentially find things you hate... those are punishments. I know people who can't stand having their collars off, to them that works. To others it's just metal around their neck. Try looking through BDSM blogs. Real life situations are what tend to give the most ideas. Just know your limits... telling your master that having your nipples nailed to a board would be a punishment is great.. until he tries it Like I said, it's all individual.

I use humiliation on my sub sometimes, but our dynamic is probably pretty different. My humiliation with him usually revolves around just how virginal I am compared to him (actually, I'm virginal by nature - one previous partner, who I married, got the wholesome good girl thing down pat when I'm not domming), building up a Madonna/whore thing, with him as the whore. Basically demanding his worship and degrading him as being unworthy even to worship me.
Not for everyone, definitely, but it works for us.

My Master's way of discipline is a spanking and if I have been behaving irrationally then he will try to pull me into line by ignoring me. I HATE being ignored so I pull my ass into line again...lol.
Just like Serenesub said - every Dom/sub situation is very different and personal. And some of the things I find arousing would be gross or humiliation to another. Such as water sports or being called certain names.
Fortunately for me, the only tasks my Master sets are for me to play with certain toys for a particular length of time or certain number of cums. Then to take photos and email a description of my task.
Good luck on your search. When it comes to being a sub, I think it really is a personal hunt within yourself cause only you know truly what is humiliation to you.

The New Bottoming Book
The New Topping Book are helpful for a lot of people.
There is also a book called Forget the Roses, Give Me Thorns. I have not read it myself, yet. But, a lot of people like it.
