I'm new to the BDSM world, and I'm playing around with it to see if it's for me. I'm the more kink-inclined partner, but my fiance really gets off by giving me the pain.

Right now I would put myself at a 4 or 5 out of 10 as far as the pain scale. Therefore, I'm looking for quality flogging toys that could fit this scale. I'm not sure how much I like pain, so I don't want anything extremely painful or overwhelming. Just a toy to give me that sexy sting leading up to sex.

A dragontail is a great investment. Depending on how you use them they can give sensations like a flogger, a paddle/strap, or a single-tail. Sadly Eden doesn't sell any but most reputable leather retailers will sell them in the 40-60 dollar range.

I know it's a bit different than what you're looking for, but the electricity toys look interesting... and they leave no mark (although some people like to have a little something to remind themselves)

During training I was told to buy everyday items like clothespins and paint stirrers which you can get from free from most home improvement stores. Starting out I learned that there were many things I already had that could aid me. I do recommend to make sure what you use is sanitary or can be sanitized.Sometimes the pretty toys don't always hold up during rough play and you want to make sure that you aren't injured in the process unintentionally.

I'm experminting with new ideas in this area too. We don't do serious stuff like pain or anything rape-like. I'm liking the nipple clamps I've looked into for some light play. I like the bondage ties and bar spreader thingys too! You might like those.

I have this paddle and you will probably love it for what you are looking for. It gives you a light sting and he will like the smacking sound it makes on your ass. In my relationship, we are a bit like ya'll. While my tolerance for pain has grown greatly, he loves the visual and sounds of our play.
