To be honest, no is always a safeword. Legally, it can be defined as rape if a "no" is ignored. I keep this as a safeword ALWAYS, meaning I will never deny my Dominant unless something is wrong, in which case He knows He needs to stop right away.
Keep in mind that some people have hard times with safewords. You may need to reconsider "no." You don't want to ignore it and subsequently rape your submissive. I say this out of concern, not rudeness.
