I checked usually, but it's very dependent on the type of pain and the situation.

Usually. I think it really depends where the pain is (on the body) and how it's being given. Like, when I stub my toe, I typically just want to fall over and cry for eternity and get not jollies out of it. But, if someone hits me, I typically just have weird waves of pleasure.
