Yep! I wear one 24/7. It is a metal collar. I used to wear all sorts of collars before this: a choke chain, nylon cat collars, leather collars.. All of which I have worn both outside the house AND at work. And I have always worked in public until within the last few years.

At the Wisconsin State Fair several years ago I saw a young lady outfitted in the whole BDSM getup. Corset, collar, cuffs with arms bound behind her back. She was accompanied by two normally dressed young men who seemed to be rather embarrassed as I watched them. She however, seemed to be the one bossing them around though.
