Due to lack of BDSM vendors in my city, I've ordered online from Noir Luna before link I only have one item from there (a very simple ringed collar), and it lasted two years of hard play before one of the grommet-things gave out. Considering that it was only $20, I'm pretty damn happy with that, and will be ordering a replacement from them as well. However, they are a Canadian company. I'm not sure if you guys are looking for exclusively American companies or not, and I also have no idea whether Noir Luna is looking to branch out into supply for other stores. Their website says they do have product in a few physical locations, but it seems to be limited to the province that the company itself is in. Sorry I don't have any more suggestions--I tend to just order from the large-scale vendors. Best of luck getting the vendors organized! I'm really excited to see whatever new gear gets offered.

I'm personally a huge fan and will only buy my hemp rope from twisted monk. They aren't new and already ship but they are worth mentioning.

I have in the past purchased from eBay merchandt sm85, who mostly sells leather collars and floggers.
There is also another eBay member T-bird Leather I buy from who makes custom leather goods - you can get leather wristbands and collars with lettering of your choice (names, "slave" or "master" or "Daddy")
