While not specifically a P spot toy, you might look at the Acute dildo, which is angled nicely to hit the prostate. The toy isn't too big, maybe two fingers in diameter and not too long. We have used it for pegging, but it works fine as a stand alone toy. Also, it is pretty inexpensive and made of silicone.
