I think you can put anything in it that would normally be for use in a regular harness.

The only potential issue I could see is that you might not be able to insert a toy as far inside you depending on your flexibility.

Maybe, but you've got a better chance with flared base dildos. What vibrator are you thinking of putting in it? Something that tapers might work. I reviewed it a while back, so maybe I can help you figure out what would work.

I've never tried one, but I'd assume it would need a similar shape and size of what comes with it.
