If you have it ready (dildo attached and somewhat "preadjusted" so you don't need to fiddle with buckles much (at least for the leg straps)) it doesn't take much to step into it, and you can put it on whenever the mood seems right.

Voted other, if we are going to peg that is what we do first, so if we use a harness (we also have a Share) the harness goes on, we peg, then the harness comes off and the fun continues. May seem crass but his idea of foreplay for pegging is getting the lube out

If I had an aslan harness I'd have trouble resisting the urge to wear it all the time, without the dildo. They just look so gorgeous and badass, and part of it is the fact that I think it would help satisfy some of my genderqueer discomfort.
