Yep, "strap-on sex" is the more generic term to indicate the use of a harness and dildo in any sexual situation. "Pegging" is specifically a woman using a harness and dildo (or "Strapless" dildo) to anally penetrate a male.

If you're interested "packing" is the term used for people who use a harness and dildo under clothes for the purposes of "walking around with a dick" (there's probably a better way to put this).
