Normally, I would suggest getting a cheaper strap on bundle, like the Bend Over Beginner kit, to see if strap ons work for you. But if you already like anal and she's already got the whole domination thing down, I would suggest skipping that step. I would pick up a double ended toy such as the Feeldoe or the Share, so that she gets as much stimulation out of it as you do. You may still need a harness though, to maintain stability with those toys. Also, check the diameters of any toys you'll be on the receiving end of, and make sure you've worked up to that size to be comfortable.

By trial and error, I would suggest a good harness....Aslan Jaguar, Spare Parts Jock or something similiar. For a dil, most of the VixSkin or Tantus line work quite well.
As for double dils; they don't work for me w/o a harness and I have found the Feeldoe to rigid and the angle is off for f/m sex, the Share is better but it is too floppy for f/m sex, the Tango is great but no longer available in the US (patent issues).

My girlfriend & I were in the same position. We like BDSM play, she enjoys being the domme a lot more than the sub. We recently got into strap-on play & bought the panty style Grll Toyz harness.
