I have the Aslan gag, and at first I was going to advise against it, because to me it's too small. Seeing as how you're looking for a small gag though, I'll recommend it highly. The ball itself is removable, AND the gag is guarranteed for life. Love Aslan.

I voted for the small ball, but the other may be more comfy. I lean toward smaller oral object cuz I have a tiny mouth and my man likes to complain about uncomfy stuff, so the comfier the better.

Tantus makes this nice silicone gag that is quite small and friendly to those with a small aperture. You may want to consider that as well!
