It is starting to drive me nuts... Kinda...

I chose the Tie Downs Pair as a free assignment to use as riding reins, and when I received it only one tether came rolled into a small plastic bag instead of the two tethers in their supposed box!

I sent it back, received a replacement, AND IT IS ONLY ONE TETHER AGAIN!!!

It just makes me wanna tear my hair out, and I really wonder what in the world is going on!

Has such a thing ever happened with you too? Does that product really arrive with one tether only???

Submit a support ticket (the forms are on your dashboard) and the Admin will take care of it. The description certainly seems to imply there are supposed to be two tethers. (Although, I don't know if I'd use them for suspension, as they are under "suspension kits.")

Yepyeppp, I am in contact with the techsupport staff, Megan actually, and always tell her everything, hoping that I am never pulling her legs with my lately numerous problems related to orders! ~lays ears blushy

She said that, seeing that only one tether is sent out by the manufacturer, they had to change the description to let people know that only one is included... Didn't see any changes yet though, but I hope that it will change very soon so others won't be so unlucky like I have been with that thing... ^^ ~smiles blushy

haven't had a problem like this yet. i live close to one of the warehouses they ship from so i get things fast and nothing bad like this has happened so far.

I've had things like this happen to me from other stores. I've also had things go on back order and the company was supposed to refund the purchase price and never did. I'm actually having to get a company to do that now.
