Never heard of them, but I got my hand cuffs from the oddest place. I got mine from the cereal isle in the grocery store. They do have a safety latch, which some people may not like. But they were $3 and metal, I was actually rather surprised when I got them home and saw they were well made and sturdy. Like they wont pop open if you pull. When I was a kid the grocery store toys were cheap, these turned out to be a toy chest keeper from the weirdest place.
