I'm a handy person and I think I need a new hobby to keep me busy. Are there any good resources out there for making nice leather BDSM items? I need to get some anyways, so thought that rather than buying, just buy the equipment and make my own.

I think Etsy might have some people to talk to as well. I find artisans are usually willing to talk shop with those interested in the same things. They would be the ones who know where to get all the items to work with. I'd check anyone working in leather goods to source supplies for less money. I don't know if any of this is stuff you already thought of, so I hope I didn't just insult you with the obvious suggestions!
