I just got the tit clamp and its a little tough for me. I want to know if the tweezer style is any gentler.

The tweezers are much gentler. It really depends on what you're looking for, though. The two examples you have are pretty much the opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of pain. Just to forewarn you, the tit clamps are serious business. I would not recommend them for beginners. Likewise, I would not recommend the tweezers for hardened vets.

Tweezers are best for beginners. They are the most comfortable when first getting started in nipple play.
