Nipple clamps sticking

Kestrel Kestrel
Sometimes the plastic coating on the clamps will adhere to the nipples. What's the best way to prevent that? And if they end up sticking, what's the best way to take them off without causing a lot of pain?

ouch! never had that happen. I guess lotion would not work because then they would slip off. Not sure. Hope someone has some good advice for you. I'm no help on this one.

If you lick (or use a bit of lube) on the part which is adhering to your nipples they won't hurt so much when you take them off. You want to use a very small amount of lube or spit though. Just barely dampen it.
